Summer Programs

The College Reach Out Program offers two summer programs for active particpating students. Both programs are held on the Florida Gulf Coast University Campus to sustain motivation and momentum for CROP students.
Summer Institute:
A five day program for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade particpants. Students receive instruction in science, math, reading and writing. Program participants have the opportunity to participate in afternoon electives in the areas of Sign Language, Dance, Step, Drawing and/or Photography.
Summer Residential:
A three day program held for current 9th, 10hth, and 11th grade participants. The program consists an overnight campus experience, opportunities for college placement testing, essay writing, career development, personal goal setting, and college visitations.
