Florida Gulf Coast University Counseling and Psychological Services is a department within the Division of Student Affairs. Our services are designed to provide accessible and quality counseling and therapy, consultation, instruction, education, and assessment for the university community. Our services are based on acceptance, understanding, respect and care for all who seek services. All currently registered students are eligible for free services in the counseling center.

The staff is comprised of full-time and part-time professional counselors and therapists. Licensed psychologists, masters level counselors as well as graduate level interns under the supervision of one of the licensed clinicians provide needed assistance.   A psychiatrist is also available for consultation.
