The Florida Gulf Coast University Interfraternity Council prides itself on exhibiting and promoting the values of scholarship, leadership, service, social development, and moral character that constitute the premier fraternity man.
Welcome from the President!
Fellow Eagles,
On behalf of the Interfraternity Council (IFC), welcome to Florida Gulf Coast University. As the governing body for a rapidly growing fraternal community, the IFC is committed to building the leaders of tomorrow through the academic and social development of each Greek man. As FGCU continues to grow and flourish in Southwest Florida, we hope to progress as a council by being involved student advocates and informed ambassadors.
Being a college student can be both a challenging and a stressful time. All four of our affiliated fraternal organizations continue to stay committed to high standards of academics, while helping to build the social networks and friendships that will help you through your individual pursuit at FGCU, and the bonds of brotherhood that will truly last a lifetime.
Joining a fraternity is a truly beneficial and unique experience that cannot be replaced. I highly encourage you to explore our FGCU Fraternities to find out how becoming a fraternity man can help you get the most out of your experience at FGCU. I assure you that going Greek will help to provide you with the opportunities to unleash your own potential, and the chance for you to make a positive and lasting impact on our thriving University community.
Please feel free explore our webpage, learn about joining an FGCU fraternity, visit us during Rush Week at our tables and events, and to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Frank Losada
