Recruitment Period
Tuesday January 17th (12:01am) – Saturday January 28th (12:00pm) (noon)
Alcohol Policy
There is no drinking with potential new members from Monday January
9th at 12:01am through Saturday January 28th at 12:00pm (noon)
Bids
Friday January 20th will be the first day potential new members may receive a bid. Organizations must report daily to the IFC Secretary on all bids given. Grade Release forms must be submitted to the Assistant Dean for Student Involvement, Julie Gleason or the Coordinator for Student Organizations, Matt Schorsch prior to bids being given. All final bids need to be submitted to the IFC Secretary by Saturday January 28th no later than 5pm.
Table Reservations
The IFC will be responsible for reserving zones on campus for each organization during recruitment and distributing a rotation schedule. Two (2) tables will be reserved per organization per day from January 17th to 27th from 9am to 4pm. You will be informed of the tabling schedule during the first week back to school.
