Mission Statement

The Multi-Cultural Greek Council is an advocate for the Greek community at Florida Gulf Coast University. It fully commits itself to academic excellence, leadership development, and service to the community enhanced by culturally diverse social fraternities and sororities. It promotes in all its endeavors, cultural awareness, bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood, and unity amongst all.

As representative of the Multicultural Greek Council, I would like to thank
you for taking interest in the Greek Community on campus. Florida Gulf Coast
University is rapidly growing into a more diverse and unified school, which
is why we would like to encourage you to take this opportunity and view all
of your options when it comes to sororities and fraternities. We want you to
find what best fits you as an individual.

We are proud to have finally created a council that embodies the
multicultural organizations founded within the past two years; organizations
that strive for the success, empowerment, and sense of family for each of
their members and future leaders.  If you have any questions, please do not
