About North Lake Village (NLV)

Living on campus at North Lake Village puts you at the heart of the FGCU Community. Our contemporary apartment-style residence halls provide privacy as well as the social and academic support system needed to succeed in college.

Convenient and affordable, on-campus housing is the perfect choice for students who want the complete college experience. Our lakefront apartments have either a 4-single or 2-double bedroom layout. 

On-campus living is enhanced by the Residence Life programs which are designed to help students meet interesting people, form lasting friendships, and become involved in campus activities. North Lake Village also offers numerous recreation resources to residents including a newly constructed Student Activities Center with game room, pool table, ping-pong table, large-screen TV, playstation 2, and kitchen, screened in swimming pool, beach volleyball court, lakefront beach recreation and picnic area with access to water sports.
