Move-in Fall 08

Returning Residents Move-in Date: Friday, August 22, 2008
Where: North Lake Village residents – Eagles’ Landing
Everglade Hall residents – Everglades Hall Lobby
Time: Due to the high volume of traffic and people during move-in, all check-ins will be staggered to alleviate long lines and congestion. Please adhere to the following check-in schedule.
8 am - 10 am: Buildings - B, D, F, M, O, R, T
Everglades Hall - First and Fifth floors
10 am - Noon: Buildings - G, J, Cypress, Falcon, Honors, Oak, Sandpiper
Everglades Hall - Second floor
Noon - 2 pm: Buildings - A, C, E, L, N, Q, S
Everglades Hall - Third Floor
2 pm - 4 pm: Buildings - H, I, K, P, Egret, Mangrove, Pelican
Everglades Hall - Fourth Floor
4 pm – 8 pm: Open check-in
- New Residents - If you are unable to move in on 8/21 you may check-in anytime after your designated time period through 8/24.
- Returning Residents - If you are unable to move in on 8/22 you may check-in anytime after your designated time period through 8/24.
- Check-in for North Lake Village residents will take place in Eagles' Landing or the Commons between 8 am and 8 pm. There will be signs directing you to the proper check-in location.
- Check-in for Everglades Hall residents will take place in the Lobby of Everglades Hall between 8 am and 8 pm. There will be signs directing you to the proper check-in location.
- Any student planning to check-in after 8/25/08 should notify the Office of Housing & Residence Life by email at housing@fgcu.edu.
- We are unable to make any accommodations for early arrivals, so please make appropriate travel arrangements to arrive on or after August 21st.
