South Village (SoVi) residents – Everglades Hall Lobby, Biscayne Hall Lobby

Returning Residents Move-in Date: Friday, August 21, 2009
Where: North Lake Village (NLV) residents – Eagles' Landing
South Village (SoVi) residents – Everglades Hall Lobby, Biscayne Hall Lobby
Time: Due to the high volume of traffic and people during move-in, all check-ins will be staggered to alleviate long lines and congestion. Please adhere to the following check-in schedule.
9 am - 11 am: NLV Buildings - B, D, F, M, O, R, T
SoVi-Everglades Hall, Biscayne Hall - Fifth floor
11 am - 1 pm: NLV Buildings-G, J, Cypress, Falcon, Honors, Oak, Sandpiper
SoVi-Everglades Hall, Biscayne Hall - Second floor
1 pm - 3 pm: NLV Buildings - A, C, E, L, N, Q, S
South Village-Everglades Hall, Biscayne Hall - First floor and Third floor
3 pm - 5 pm: NLV Buildings - H, I, K, P, Egret, Mangrove, Pelican
SoVi-Everglades Hall, Biscayne Hall - Fourth floor
5 pm – 8 pm: Open check-in
- New Residents - If you are unable to move in on 8/20 you may check-in anytime after your designated time period through 8/23.
- Returning Residents - If you are unable to move in on 8/21 you may check-in anytime after your designated time period through 8/23.
- Check-in for North Lake Village residents will take place in Eagles' Landing or the Commons between 9 am and 8 pm. There will be signs directing you to the proper check-in location.
- Check-in for South Village (Everglades & Biscayne Hall) residents will take place in the Lobby of Everglades & Biscayne Halls between 9 am and 8 pm. There will be signs directing you to the proper check-in location.
- Any student planning to check-in after 8/24/09 should notify the Office of Housing & Residence Life by email at housing@fgcu.edu.
- We are unable to make any accommodations for early arrivals, so please make appropriate travel arrangements to arrive on or after August 20th.
