Kelli

 
Kelli Stockman will be starting her junior year at FGCU in Fall of 2008. Her major is Marine Science and she plans to go to grad school after graduating. After grad school she wants to either research the behavior of whales, especially killer whales, or work at Sea World taking care of the whales and dolphins.  Kelli was born in New York City and raised in West Palm Beach, Fl before moving to Ft Lauderdale, Fl. Florida Gulf Coast University was a natural choice for her because it is a small school and easy to get involved in activities on campus. Kelli was an Orientation Leader during the summer of 2008 which really helped give her insight into the university and now she loves it even more. She also volunteers for Family Weekend events, such as check in, the 5K race and the barbeque lunch. Kelli has met many people on campus and has become herself here at FGCU. Her advice to new students is to get involved and to keep an open mind because you never know where it might lead you!
