The RSO Executive Institute is designed for the student leader who has taken on a leadership role in their Registered Student Organization and would like to explore their leadership abilities and develop a better understanding of how they can become an even better leader for their student organization and beyond. Student who participate attend the Institute for seven, two hour long workshop session within their co-hort. The Executive Institute utilizes the research that Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner have conducted over 25 years and detailed in their book, "The Leadership Challenge." Within the Institute participants are supported by their small group facilitators, Alumni of the program, and led by two professional staff co-leads. The RSO Executive Institute allows current student leaders the ability to immediately apply and practice the skills that they are learning during the Institute within their own student organization.
