Course Testing
Correspondence Course Testing. The FGCU Testing Center offers
testing services for those students taking correspondence courses through
other universities. This service is made available to FGCU students,
students from other institutions, and the general public.
FEE FOR SERVICE:
The cost is $30.00 for a standard 2-hour exam and $10 for each additional
hour or portion of an hour, payable at the time of the test. The fee is
based on hours blocked for your exam as required by your institution. If a
test involves additional staff time in terms of instructions to be read;
timing of various sections; communication with the institution where the
test originates; or hiring a proctor to administer the test separate from
the main testing room, it will be necessary for the Testing Center to
charge additional fees. The Testing Center reserves the right to review the
exam BEFORE confirming a final test fee. Exams that require a one-on-one
service will be assessed a $10 per hour fee IN ADDITION to the regular test
fee. The fee requirement will be set prior to the administration of the
test so that examinees have the opportunity to accept or reject the
service. It is the examinee's responsibility to provide, in advance, all
information regarding the test so that an appropriate fee can be set.
Rescheduling Fee:
Once you have scheduled a date and time for your exam, there will be a $20
fee to reschedule to another date.
Tests are administered
Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
To arrange a test date, contact Jill
