SERVICE GUIDELINES FOR USAGE FOR STUDENTS, ALUMNI, EMPLOYERS, AND VENDORS

For students seeking Work Study jobs on campus: All Work Study jobs for 2011-2012 have been filled. Students that have been awarded Work Study eligibility may still pursue campus job postings, but the jobs will not be considered “Work Study.” If you have questions about your financial aid package, please contact Financial Aid at 590-7920.

Career Development Services Fall Calendar

Part Time Job Fair
September 5th 11:00am- 3:00pm
Cohen Center Ballroom
The Part Time Job Fair will include employers seeking students for part-time job opportunities. Recruiters from local shopping plazas will be attending the fair. Students are not required to register for this event, but are encouraged to prepare for the event by creating a resume and dressing professionally. 

Alumni Law Panel 
September 13th 6:00pm-8:00pm
Career Services Training room
The Alumni Law Panel is an opportunity for students who are interested in a law career to listen to advice from FGCU students who have gone down this career path. Participants on the panel will discuss things such as why they chose their law school, how they financed school, what they’re doing now and will answer any questions that attendees may have. This is an amazing opportunity to hear a student’s interpretation of law school.

Law School Fair
September 14th 11:00am-2:00pm 
Cohen Center Ballroom
Are you interested in Law School? Well this is the fair for you! Representatives from Law Schools all over the country will be attending this fair. Students are not required to register for this event but are encouraged to prepare for the event by creating a resume and dressing professionally.

Majors Fair
November 14th 11:00am-3:00pm
Cohen Center Ballroom
Is your declared major still undecided or are you not sure about your chosen major? If this is true the Majors Fair is for you! This is the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about the majors offered at Florida Gulf Coast University and bringing you one step further on your future career path.
