OUR HOURS ARE:

Monday - Thursday:  8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Holiday and Semester Break Hours:

Monday, December 19 to Friday, December 23- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday, December 24 to Monday, January 2 – Office is closed.  Crisis service available throughout break (see below)

Tuesday, January 3 to Friday, January 6- 9:00 am to 5:00 PM

NEW CLIENTS:

Welcome!  To make an appointment, please come to the CAPS office between 9 am and 4 pm to complete new client data forms.   


RETURNING CLIENTS:

Before your first visit back, you will need to update your contact information; depending on how long it has been since you’ve had an appointment, we may ask you to update other forms as well.  You may come in at any time before your appointment to do this.

 Please understand that during the busiest times of day – generally between 1 and 3 – there may be a wait time for a data entry station.

 College is a difficult time of transition for many people. We are here to help. If you would like to schedule a consultation with one of our qualified counselors,please visit our office located on the second floor of Howard Hall #239 during our office hours.

 
 Self Screening

ScreeningThe Screening for Mental Health, Inc system provides a quick and simple way to screen yourself with complete anonymity and confidentiality. A screening indicates symptoms common with a particular disorder, but does not mean that you have that disorder. If concerned, please come to the CAPS office to schedule an appointment.
