The underlying objective of tutoring is to assist students in becoming independent and confident learners. We pledge to develop and expand the skills and resources that fortify a student's self-confidence and success in the academic environment. Please feel free to take advantage of our Eagle Tutoring Math Lab. For more information, please call (239) 590-7657
Our Tutors are: Undergraduate and Graduate students (many are volunteers earning their 80 service learning hours required for graduation): these Student Tutors receive extensive training. Our tutors work closely with the departments and instructors and often sit in on classes in order to be familiar with the methods used by the instructor. Get involved; become a tutor. Download and complete the following application, and Faculty Recommendation Form, and either fax the application to our office at (239) 590-7978 or email us at tutor@fgcu.edu.
